Hi! Let Me Introduce Myself

Introduction

Let me introduce myself. My name is Brent Hanks and no, I'm not related to Tom Hanks. I have all the talent and looks; Tom just has all the money.

Judy and I moved from California to be closer to family and we love it here in Gilbert, Arizona. We have three children, ten grandchildren and I must say they are "grand".

Having worked in almost every facet of real estate and I can help you with your particular needs and circumstances. I have the tools, experience, background and integrity to get the job done to your satisfaction. I try to make my clients feel comfortable and secure.

Background

I have a degree from Brigham Young University in economics and a master's degree in business administration from University of California - Berkeley with an emphasis in finance and investment. I was a real estate broker in California for twenty-five years and currently have a license to sell real estate in Arizona. As a member of ARMLS - Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service I can help you find and/or sell a home within the Phoenix metropolitan area. I'm also a Certified Financial Planner.  

I have negotiated real estate transactions from eighty thousand dollars to over 100 million dollars and have been involved in the planning, funding and development of high rise office buildings, industrial facilities, commercial projects and the development of a several long term master planned communities (not to mention the sale of single family residential homes which is my primary focus since leaving California).

Communities Served

Areas I primarily serve include Gilbert, Chandler and Queen Creek. All three of which are located in the southeastern portion of the greater Phoenix on the south side of Freeway 60.

Finley Farms

Since Judy and I live within Finley Farms (a master planned development in Gilbert with its own school and parks) I am particularly focused on this community. To help serve the residents of Finley Farms I maintain a detailed database of all real estate transactions and provide a monthly housing report that addresses different aspects of the housing market with the use of charts, graphs and text.
